Welcome to the Quick Start Guide for AsyncInterview, your go-to tool for remote candidate interviews!
With AsyncInterview, you can seamlessly conduct asynchronous interviews, review candidates at your convenience, and collaborate with your team efficiently. Say goodbye to scheduling headaches and hello to a streamlined interview process that saves you time and effort.
Using Quick Start, you can create questions that you would like to raise to your candidates in the earliest stage of the interview process.
Here are the steps to follow:
- As you log in to the application, Quick Start is your initial step. You can also reach this option by going to the left menu panel and selecting Quick Start.
- Job is an auto-set field. Therefore, simply enter the title of the position you are setting up the interview for in the Interview title field as follows:
- Next, you can create an array of questions relevant to screening your ideal candidate. You can choose them as Audio or Video based questions using the toggle button:
- You can add questions, delete them, and reorder them using the following tools:
- If you wish to raise text-basquestions, you can add them as follows:
*This is not mandatory, therefore you can skip this step if required.
- Toggle and enable uploading the CV from the candidate’s end.
- Toggle and enable the candidate to skip the guide step.
- To generate a meeting link for your interview, click Save and get the URL. Once generated, you can copy the URL.
- Now you can send notifications to the candidates entering their emails separated by a comma or by importing the context as a CSV to attach in an email body:
Upon sending the interview details via the Send by email option, you will see a notification as follows on top:
And your candidates will receive an email as follows, where they can respond:
And there you have it. You have created your first interview through AsyncInterview!
