Here's how you can create a cohesive and professional brand presence throughout your interview process:

When you log into your account on AsyncInterview and open the menu on the left-hand side, you can find the Branding & Customization option as the 4th on the list.

‍

By clicking on Branding & Customization you’ll be directed to the below panel where you can select the brand colors from your company color palette. You may also upload your company logo here.

Once the colors and logo are set, you can customize your email invitation template on the below

You may enter a customized message to welcome your candidates for the interview using the following first screen:

Next screen can be used to explain how your interview process will be conducted as follows:

Finally, you may wish the candidate good luck and provide any further tips required within the third screen below:

The thank you screen which you can customize below is the final screen the candidate would see once they have completed the interview process. You may give out any information specific to your selection process such as the timeframe to expect a response from your company within this screen:

The Company Page function available on the left drop-down menu can be utilized to further enhance your brands visibility and provide essential details relevant to your organization.

You may set up your company profile here with a link to your website and a customized Banner Text and Image that provides insight into your specific services.

Image slider can be used to further enhance your company page:

Based on the number of images you’d like to include, you can easily customize this option using the delete or add more buttons available. Once you have added the desired images, click save and move to the next.

Provide maximum details to your potential employees by using this feature to highlight the benefits offered by your organization:

 This too can be customized using the delete or add more buttons available prior to saving your preferences.

Further ciustomize your header and footer text on the interview panel by using the Open Position Text box.
